We have some new venues to introduce you to this month! But first, our comfortable old stand-by, the Full Circle Book Store. Saturday, August 5th, 7:30 - 9:30. Besides the music, there's treats and beverages available.
Tuesday, August 8th: Our first (but hopefully not last) appearance at Tuesday Tunes at Lou’s Rocky Road Tavern, 118
S 2nd Street, Okemah. This event lasts from 7:00 - 10:00, and the whole
night is a kind of a shindig with several local lights playing, and our
set is approximately 8:00 - 9:00. I'm really excited about the
possibilities of a regular event like this to support local music in
Woody Guthrie's Home Town!
Sunday, August 13th: our first appearance the Norman's Red Brick Bar, at the Okie Lady Showcase, hosted by Susan Herndon! Note: this venue is a smoking venue. 113 E Main Street, Norman.
Friday, August 18th: we'll be at our Stillwater hang-out, Zannotti’s Wine Bar, from 8:00 - 11:00. That's at 113 E 7th Avenue, Stillwater.
Wednesday, August 23rd: our first appearance at Lunch and Listen at the Norman Public Library West, 300 Norman Center Court, over there west of I-35, south of Main Street - the old Border's Books. Noon to 1:00.
Saturday, September 2nd: back to Square One at the Full Circle Book Store.
