The Oklahoma City Museum of Art (OKCMOA) will open special exhibition, "Master Strokes: Dutch and Flemish Drawings from the Golden Age," organized by the Victoria and Albert Museum, London Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. This marks the first time this collection, featuring 90 masterpieces by artists such as Peter Paul Rubens, Sir Anthony van Dyck and Rembrandt van Rijn, has been exhibited outside Europe.
