Dear Friends, Hartel Dance Group has launched our first Kickstarter Campaign to support our fall season with performances in Guatemala and Oklahoma City. Our goal is to raise $5,000.00 in 15 days and we need your support to get there.    HDG has been invited to perform at the prestigious Brincos International Dance Festival in Guatemala City, September 13th-16th. The festival will cover all of our expenses except for the plane tickets. I am so excited we have been invited and that the Company can have this great opportunity to represent Oklahoma and the US on an international stage, but if the Kickstarter goal is not reached by 12:59 AM on August 29th, it is more than likely that we will have to back out of the festival.   We are also presenting our 4th Oklahoma City Season on November 8th and 9th, where we will be premiering two new works: "What's love go to do with it?"  an exploration into the many aspects of relationships and how they affect our lives, and "PopArt"  a fun, frolicsome, and colorful piece that will create a unique visual representation of the dance through our"PopArt" paint process.   I am very excited to be back in the studio creating new work, and your contributions will bring it to the stage.   Here is the link to our campaign page: HDG Kickstarter Campaign   Any amount helps and will be greatly appreciated.
