TAP BAND TO PLAY
R&B AND JAZZ THIS
SUNDAY'S
TWILIGHT CONCERT

From staff reports

Join us for TAP Band at this Sunday's Twilight Concert, presented by Devon Energy!

Comprised of four members who call themselves J Stew, Sherman, Spunky, and Koolie High, TAP Band is sure to have you up on their feet and grooving to the music - and with names like that, it comes as no surprise. Their smooth, elegant, and energizing sound has established the band as one of Oklahoma City's premier jazz and R&B groups. A perennial crowd pleaser, TAP Band is no stranger to the Myriad Gardens stage, and their engaging and intimate performance style and stage presence is perfectly suited for this open air venue.

The concerts take place from 7:30 to 9 p.m. on the Great Lawn Stage at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. Bring a blanket, picnic, and the whole family!

The 35th annual Sunday Twilight Concert Series is presented by Devon Energy with additional support from Oklahoma Arts Council, Allied Arts, National Endowment for the Arts, and Magic 104.1 - KMGL.  For more information please visit  www.artscouncilokc.com
